Rubber SurfaceWhat is a Premier Rubber Surface?

Topcoat: The most important part of the rubber surface.  We use a proven combination of the world's best quality materials.  Our rubber is EPDM 1-4 MM granules, offered in an assortment of colors, and is bonded by a specially formulated polyurethane binder.

Cushion Pad: Our product is 100% recycled rubber manufactured by a leading Midwest company and bonded by a specially formulated polyurethane binder.  The cushion pad is installed to the designated thickness as required under ASTM F1292.  Also, recycled rubber is recommended by the US Environmental Protection Agency for the use in playground surfaces.

Why is a Premier Rubber surface better?

Premier Rubber Technologies provides the highest quality surfaces.  Our team of professionals includes Certified Playground Safety Inspectors who demand and use the best rubber products in today's market.  Our soft cushioned product is formulated from a blend of premium EPDM rubber granules and high quality polyurethane binder. The finished surface is seamless, colorful and made to last.  Our surfaces are poured in place, which means the size of the surface covering will be customized to fit any surface area.  Also, our surface is porous, it drains quickly, thus eliminating the problem of pooling water. Most importantly, our resilient surface makes work or play safer.  It is slip resistant and meets or exceeds CPSC guidelines and ASTM standards for critical fall heights.
